LOOK: Cagayan Relief Supplies Arrive by Boat, Helicopter

Sacks of rice and drinking water were distributed to typhoon victims.

Cagayan Valley villages that are trapped by floods continued to receive aid by boat and helicopter, based on photos on the Philippine Coast Guard's Twitter account.

The rations included rice and driking water. Aerial footage from the Coast Guard showed villages still submerged.

The Coast Guard is still accepting donations for those affected in Cagayan Valley and Bicol regions. Individuals or private groups that need transport assistance for the distribution of relief goods may coordinate them.
