Cebu Pacific's Local Operations are Back to 100% Capacity

After two years of tight restrictions.

Cebu Pacific said Wednesday it had restored full pre-pandemic capacity for domestic travel as more Filipino travelers emerge from two years of restrictions.

The Philippines' largest airline said it added more flights across its seven hubs to accommodate last-minute summer vacations and revenge travel for Filipinos.

“We take pride in operating the most flights across our largest Philippine network and we are happy to keep providing more convenient options for our passengers. We recently resumed more flights from our hubs in the Visayas and Mindanao, so locals there will no longer need to connect to Manila to fly to their favorite domestic destinations,” said Xander Lao, Chief Commercial Officer at Cebu Pacific.

Cebu Pacific has the widest network in the country and currently flies close to 350 flights per day which include multiple flights to and from popular destinations like Boracay, Bohol, Cebu, Davao, and General Santos.

“We are confident that our continuous ramp-up, coupled with our lowest fares, will ensure there is a CEB flight for every Juan, for whatever purpose they may have for travel – be it for vacation, business, or to visit family and friends,” Lao added.
