The Department of Foreign Affairs said its six satellite offices or TOPS would continue to process passport applications and renewals until December 2021.
The Temporary Offsite Passport Services will be available in the following malls until the end of the year:
- SM Mall of Asia
- SM North EDSA
- SM Aura
- Robinsons Place Las Pinas
- Robinsons Place Magnolia
- Ayala Glorietta 3
The department had begun opening regional TOPS facilities, with more to follow in the coming months to serve Filipinos residing outside of Metro Manila who are in need of a passport.
Applicants are still required to wear face masks and shields, observe proper physicaly distancing, and disinfect frequently. Bringing your own pen is strongly encouraged.
Appointments can be scheduled online.
