Trains for the PNR Clark Phase 1, which is seen to reduce travel time between Tutuban and Malolos, are set to arrive by December, the Department of Transportation said Monday.

Construction on the first phase, which runs from Tutuban to Malolos, is 45.82% complete, DOTr Sec. Arthur Tugade said. The PNR Clark Phase 1 will have 10 stations traversing through the following areas: Manila, Caloocan, Valenzuela, Meycuayan, Marilao, Bocaue, Balagtas, Guiguinto, and Malolos in Bulacan.
