The Land Transportation Office on Thursday warned the public against Facebook accounts promising to secure their licenses and registration, stressing that such can be secured only via official channels.

The LTO referenced posts from a Facebook user named Mary Joy Santos, who appeared to be helping people secure their licenses.

The LTO called on the public to mass report accounts posing as the regulator.
