(UPDATE) A cargo vessel docked below Delpan Bridge in Tondo, Manila caught fire on Saturday morning, authorities said.
The fire, which hit MV Titan 8, reached fifth alarm as of 12:43 p.m., according to the Manila Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office. It is the fifth lowest under a 11-step scale that determines how many fire trucks must respond.
The fire was declared under control as of 1:54 p.m. and was declared out at 2:57 p.m.
At least three individuals were hurt from the fire incident, dzBB reported.
