Robinsons Malls said Monday it teamed up with the Mandaluyong Transport Group to set up a modernized jeepney terminal at Forum Robinsons, Pioneer. The shopping center is located near the intersection of Mandaluyong, Makati and Pasig.
The special trips to and from Forum Robinsons Complex-Kalentong/JRC will be available from Mondays to Sundays, every 30 to 40 minutes, the mall operator said.
E-jeeps can accommodate a maximum of 13 passengers to comply with physical distancing guidelines. Drivers can pick up passengers along the way, but commuters can dropped off only at designated jeepney stops.

The transport group installed plastic barriers to separate passengers, who are required to sign a safety manifest for contact tracing as per the local government unit.
"This partnership will benefit not just the commuters but also the jeepney sector that has been affected by the current health crisis. Most notably, it is also a big step towards having a more environment-friendly mode of transport," Robinsons Malls said.
