GCash said the buy load feature on its app will undergo maintenance until Feb. 16, which could make accessing it difficult at time.
Users were warned that they may experience intermittent errors when buying Globe & TM promos on the app from 12 a.m. to 8 a.m.
To avoid any inconvenience, users are encouraged to avail their preferred promos ahead of the maintenance schedule. Users can still purchase regular load and register via GlobeOne, SMS, or *143#.
