Your choice of language has the power to uplift or oppress a person, more so for the LGBTQ+ Community, who are waging a long fight for equality.

It might sound simple, but the pronouns you use matter. Using the right one, acknowledges who the person is. It's a sign of respect.

This Pride Month, here's a lesson on inclusive language.
