(UPDATE) Globe on Thursday said technical glitches hampering its call and text services were resolved, thanking its customers for their understanding.
It said some subscribers may be experiencing difficulties sending text messages or placing outgoing calls since 6:13 a.m.
"We're glad to inform you that we've fixed the issue that affected your call and text services earlier," it said in a text message sent to customers.
Globe said it has yet to fix the issues on prepaid reloading, with customers experiencing difficulties using its GCash Buy Load, AMAX, Share-a-Load, promo registration and emergency load services since 1:50 p.m.
"Our technical and support teams are working to address these issues. We will update you once these services are restored," it said in a separate statement.
