Moreno, who's statistically tied for third place in the March 17 to 21 Pulse Asia survey, said he and running mate Willie Ong, a popular doctor on social media, "can work with anybody".

"Kung gusto po ninyo ng peace of mind, available po ako kasi napapansin ko, painit nang painit 'yung away ng pula at dilaw, personalan na," he told reporters in Pagadian City, referring to the colors identified with former senator Bongbong Marcos and Vice President Leni Robredo.

Moreno said the Philippines could focus on addressing the COVID-19 pandemic if he and running mate Willie Ong were elected in the May 9 elections.

"Kung gusto po n'yong maka-move forward tayo at tutukan ang krisis, hindi 'yung higanti, bawian, akusahan, pakulungan because we're still in a crisis, I can get things done, available po ako para sa inyo," the single term mayor said.
