Manila Mayor Isko Moreno on Tuesday congratulated Bongbong Marcos and Sara Duterte, the presumptive winners of the presidential and vice presidential race, as he urged Filipinos to rally behind the tandem.
Moreno, who placed fourth in the unofficial count with 1.8 million votes with almost 98% votes tallied, noted how Marcos and Duterte secured separate majority mandates.
The 47-year-old mayor changed his Facebook profile picture shortly after his Facebook live, with the caption "Life must go on."
Congratulations po sa inyo," he said in a Facebook Live.

"I hope it can be official soon at matapos na at mapapanatag na ang lahat."
He urged Filipinos to give the tandem a chance to prove their leadership.
So d'yan po tayo pupunta.
