Tens of thousands of 'Laban Pilipinas' posts flooded Twitter on Tuesday as fans rallied behind Pinoy pop group SB19, who is up for a Billboard music award.
The quintet, Josh, Pablo, Stell, Ken, and Justin, is up for Best Social Artist going against a heavyweight list of nominees: South Korea's BTS, BLACKPINK, and Seventeen, and American pop star Ariana Grande.
With 133,000 tweets and counting, the SB19 fandom A'TIN and even non-fans blast-tweet their support in hopes to flex the Philippines' reputation as the most social media-savvy country in the world.
Fans may vote for SB19 via Twitter by including #BBMAsTopSocial and @SB19Official in a tweet, and via website on billboard.com/BBMAsVote.
Winners of the awards will be announced on May 24, 8 a.m. Manila time.
