Tropical Depression Vicky inundated large swaths of Mindanao Friday causing floods in parts of Agusan del Sur as a river overflowed, based on photos from the scene.
In the following images, Gibong river in Prosperidad, Agusan del Sur is seen on the brink of overflow, while an unfinished bridge is seen over it.

Meanwhile, rains brought flooding to parts of Prosperidad, including their Provincial Capitol as seen in the following photos:
Streets were impassible in nearby town San Francisco where residents struggled to push their vehicles across floodwater.
Tropical Depression Vicky is expected to bring heavy rains and strong winds as it traverses Mindanao. Davao Region was already warned of possible flooding.
