The LRT-2 will limit operations until July 4 to make way for works and testing in preparation for the opening of its East Extension, management announced Friday.
The Marikina and Antipolo Stations were set to open on June 23 after being postponed from its original April run. To ensure smooth operations, opening to commuters was further delayed to July.

Trains will run on limited operations on weekdays. There will be no operations on weekends until July 4.
Buses via the Metro Manila Bus Route 9 (Antipolo to Cubao) and Route 10 (Cubao to Doroteo Jose) will be available to ferry passengers affected by the degraded operations.
