Mall operators said they would open more shops starting Monday, as the COVID quarantine in Metro Manila, Laguna, Cavite, Rizal and Bulacan is downgraded one notch to MECQ.
There will be al fresco dining and retail shops will reopen at limited capacity. Gyms and personal grooming services will stay closed.
