President Rodrigo Duterte has approved the voluntary use of face shields in areas under COVID-19 Alert Levels 1, 2, and 3.
Following the President's directive, the mandatory use of face shield was also eased in public transport, and different business establishments such as malls.
Here are the malls that have so far lifted the face shield requirement, based on official announcements:

4. Araneta City Malls
5. Robinsons Malls
