Manila Begins 24/7 Vaccination Against COVID-19

The city government of Manila will start its 24/7 vaccination on Sunday night as part of its broader campaign to inoculate residents against COVID-19.

The 24/7 immunizations will begin at 7 p.m. in three sites, covering the first dose for A1, A2, A3 and A5 priority sectors. Each site will be given a stock of 2,000 doses of COVID-19 vaccine.

These vaccination sites are:

  • Isabelo Delos Reyes Elementary School
  • Holy Trinity Academy
  • Jacinto Zamora Elementary School

First dose vaccinations are also taking place on Sunday, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., in 15 vaccination sites for A1, A2, A3 and A5 priority sectors. Each of these sites will have 2,500 doses of COVID-19 vaccine.

The Manila LGU said walk-ins would not be allowed in these vaccination sites due to lockdown restrictions. Barangay officials distributed stubs for those scheduled to be vaccinated.

Residents are also advised to follow the venue indicated in their stubs, as they will not be entertained in other vaccination sites, it added.
