The City of Manila has opened pre-registration online for COVID-19 vaccines to its residents, as it awaits regulator approval of the jabs.

According to the online registration website, there will be two doses administered four weeks apart. Individuals who eventually get the jab must follow minimum health standards while giving the vaccine enough time to take full effect.

No part of the vaccine can cause COVID-19, the website said. However, individuals may experience fever and tiredness after the jab as these are symptoms of the body forming immunity.
