Manila International Book Fair Returns Sept. 30 to Oct. 4

The Philippines' biggest and longest-running book fair is set to return online this year.

The Manila International Book Fair or MIBF will be held from Sept. 30 to Oct. 4, its organizers said last Friday.

Last year, MIBF went fully online from November to January as the COVID-19 pandemic forced the suspension of public gatherings.

While the 2020 virtual event was free, participants had to register through the MIBF website to access titles and order books.

No other details were provided for the 2021 MIBF for now but organizers urged interested participants to bookmark their website.
