Manila City Mayor Isko Moreno on Monday afternoon reallowed walk-ins in the city’s inoculation sites due to low vaccination turnout.
According to the Manila Public Information Office, Moreno issued the directive at around 4:30 p.m.
Authorities on Sunday suspended acceptance of walk-ins in Manila due to long queues and overcrowding, resulting in failure to observe social distancing measures. Only those with appointments confirmed via text could get their jab.
