It's not true that Metro Manila will have a unified curfew starting May 1, the MMDA said Monday after a photo of an announcement circulated on social media.

While there is no unified curfew in Metro Manila, the cities and municipality in the capital region have their own ordinance on curfew hours for minors, it said on Facebook.

The MMDA also reminded netizens to verify the source of the information being spread on social media before sharing it with others.
