Metro Manila will be under GCQ from Sept. 8 to 30, Malacañang said Monday as the capital region will serve as the pilot testing area for granular lockdowns.
Guidelines for the pilot testing of the granular lockdowns will be issued either late Monday or Tuesday, Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque said.
