Vice President Leni Robredo on Wednesday continued to acknowledge out-of-the-box names of groups supporting her presidential campaign -- this time in Manila, it's Mga Takas sa Bahay for Leni and Kamag-anak ng Isko supporter for Leni.

Thousands marched in Sampaloc district  to declare their support for Robredo, who is second in the surveys behind frontrunner Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. Reading banners from the crowd, Robredo greeted Kami si Len-len, Anak ng Fuchsia, Adonis for Leni, BaYouth for Leni and Anak ng BBM supporter for Leni.

"'Anak ng BBM supporter for Leni'. Oh 'yan may assignment kayo ha. 'Kamag-anak ng Isko supporter for Leni,' she read.

"'Mabuti pa ang temperature may degree, sana all'. Kayo ah. Sila po ang may sabi niyan, hindi ako, nagbabasa lang ako," said the presidential candidate, who also greeted students present during the rally.

She also read aloud the placards calling her "LENIcki Minaj" for her rapid-fire answers during a weekend debate hosted by CNN Philippines. A confused Robredo also read the placards which said "Queen Leni, hear our purr" and "Pa-nomo ka naman." Purr is prayer, while nomo means "inom" or an invite to drink alcohol.

Robredo also said "sana all" after reading a card which said "Nagpaloko sa ex pero hindi magpapaloko sa corrupt na politiko."

Dahil meron tayong pinapakipaglaban at iisa lang ‘yung pinapakipaglaban natin," Robredo said, banking on grassroots campaigning to become the Philippines' third woman president.

With less than two months to go before the elections, Robredo asked the crowd to help spread the word about her and Sen. Kiko Pangilinan's campaign.
