The MMDA on Thursday warned motorists against turning EDSA into a queueing area for RFID sticker installation. Many still do not have stickers even as expressways have fully implemented cashless transactions.

In a series of photos posted by MMDA traffic chief Bong Nebrija, several cars were shown to be lined up along EDSA waiting for their turn at RFID installation sites.

"I'm sorry guys but we cannot allow you to use EDSA as your queuing line for RFID. If we will not do this now it will eventually get worse," Nebrija said in a Facebook post.

Marshalls were also seen approaching cars for the violation.
