Motorists hurting from record oil price hikes can find relief in discounts offered by some gasoline stations as more increases loom.
GMA News, citing a source, reported that on March 15, diesel prices could rise by P12.72 per liter while gasoline prices could increase by P8.28 per liter. Pump prices are expected to rise further as the conflict between Russia and Ukraine drags on, the Department of Energy said.

SEAOIL gives motorists an option to purchase fuel in advance using PriceLOCQ mobile app to protect them against price hikes. The offer is available for individual consumers and for businesses.
"Lock today’s fuel prices with PriceLOCQ and load them later at select SEAOIL stations nationwide," it said on Facebook.
