LOOK: Outdoor Dining Returns in MECQ

Open air to avoid getting sick.

At Uptown Mall in Bonifacio Global City, people have started dining outdoors, after government eased COVID-19 restrictions in the Greater Manila Area.

Under the modified enhanced community quarantine (MECQ), restaurants and food establishments with alfresco dining services can operate at 50% capacity, while indoor dining remains prohibited, the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) said Monday.
