What is the PAG-IBIG Loyalty Card?
The PAG-IBIG Loyalty Card initially served as a membership ID which later evolved into a rewards card for loyal members.
Currently, the Home Development Mutual Fund offers the new Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card Plus that also severs as a cash card where members can receive their Multi-Purpose Loan proceeds, Modified PAG-IBIG II (MP2) Savings dividends, and other benefits.
Members who have the PAG-IBIG Loyalty Card or the newer PAG-IBIG Loyalty Card Plus can avail of discounts and rewards from over 300 partner establishments nationwide, including stores, schools, restaurants, hospitals, and many more.

Who can apply?
Only PAG-IBIG members can apply for the loyalty card. You need to be an active member to qualify.
What are the requirements?
- Two valid IDs
- Membership ID Number
- You must be an active Pag-IBIG member
- P125 application fee
How do I apply?
You can apply by following these steps:
- Have your Membership Identification Number validated by a PAG-IBIG Fund personnel
- Fill out the Loyalty Card Plus application form and pay the corresponding card fee of P125 only to the bank personnel.
- Have your photo and biometrics taken.
- Validate your information.
- Claim your PAG-IBIG Loyalty Card Plus together with the PIN Mailer from the bank personnel.
What are the benefits I can avail of?
You can avail of discounts of up to 50% in partner establishments of PAG-IBIG. Partner establishments include restaurants, schools, hospitals, hardware stores, hotels, supermarkets, and department stores.

Health
- Capitol Medical Center- 10% discount on room rates, use of operating room, delivery room, 5% discount on over-the-counter medications, physical rehabilitation, laboratory, imaging services
- Healthway Medical – 50% discount on intense diamond peel, 20% discount on selected laboratory procedures, and 10% discount on dental procedures
- Sarabia Optical – 20% discount on all finish and processed basic lenses. Free computerized eye examination
- Asian Eye Institute – 15% discount on regular LASIK surgery and screening, 10% discount on conventional cataract surgery, and 5% discount on comprehensive eye exam and cataract screening
- Curamed Pharmacy – 10% discount on generic medicines and medical supplies and up to 5% discount on branded injectable and oral medicines
Schools
- Colegio de San Juan de Letran (Manila and Bataan) – 20% discount on tuition for BS Education and BS Human Resource Development courses
- Colegio de San Juan de Letran (Laguna) – P2,000 discount on tuition for all programs for new students, extended to immediate family members.
- International Colleges for Excellence – 30% discount on college tuition fees
- Lyceum Northern Luzon – free tuition for new enrollees in all courses, extended up to fifth degree of consanguinity or affinity
- Our Lady of Fatima University – 5% discount on tuition fee for Graduate programs
Food
- Balay Dako (Tagaytay City) – 10% discount on Deli exclusive to Balay Dako’s products, free special dessert worth P200 for a minimum food purchase of P2,000.
- Bo’s Coffee (All branches) – 30% discount for a minimum purchase of PHP 500. Valid until March 31, 2022.
- Crisostomo Filipino Dining (Alabang, Taguig, Pasay, Laguna, Quezon City) – free dessert for a minimum purchase of P1,500
- Gloria Maris (Pasay) – 10% discount on food for cash payment and 5% discount for credit card payment
- Papa John’s – 10% discount on all Papa John’s featured pizza.
