A "graduate" of Pasig City's COVID-19 quarantine facility recently took to Twitter to talk about her experience in isolation. She got the attention of their mayor, Vico Sotto, who is known for taking extra care of his constituents at one time stuffing an "ayuda" bag with tuyo and Peppero.

Along with 40 other recovered patients, Daphne Pacia was released from centralized quarantine at Rizal High School, which Sotto visited over the weekend.

She wrote, "Alagang-alaga kami sa facility: thrice a day kumakain, regularly binibigyan ng vitamins, thrice a day nagra-rounds ang nurses, once a day ang doctors, every week may schedule ng RT-PCR tests."

Pacia said the mayor really "made public healthcare a priority" because her stay was free.

When a netizen asked if Pasig conducts retests, she replied, "Yes. Ang protocol po kasi before is you need to test negative sa RT-PCR para makalabas ka. That was before ni-revise ng DOH yung definition ng 'recovered' for mild and asymptomatic cases. Marami sa facility naka-more than three tests bago sila nakalabas."

In response to Pacia's tweet, Sotto expressed optimism about her full recovery and told suspected mild cases from Pasig to get themselves admitted. He said in a separate post that they target to put 200 more in centralized quarantine this week.
