PayMaya lets users cash in for free via BPI and MiniStop with the promise of services that are up 99.9% of the time, in case your mobile wallet of choice goes down unexpectedly.
Users can cash in for free online at seven establishments. Fees or charges may apply for bigger amounts or over-the-counter transactions.

Here’s how to cash into PayMaya for free:
BPI
A cash in fee of 2% will be collected for over-the-counter transactions. This fee will be refunded for users who have not reached the P10,000 cap on monthly transactions. Anything beyond that will be subject to the 2% over-the-counter cash in fee.
Fully upgraded PayMaya accounts can accept up to P100,000 from BPI every month. Regular accounts are allowed only P50,000 per month. To enjoy higher transaction caps, users may choose to upgrade their account which requires a valid ID and confirmation of identity.
MiniStop
While there is no cap to how much you can cash in via MiniStop in one transaction, regular PayMaya accounts have a monthly cash-in limit of P50,000. Upgraded accounts can cash in up to P100,000 per month.
Unionbank
Unionbank allows free PayMaya cash-ins via online accounts, mobile banking app, or ATM. Here’s how to do it.

Minimum cash-in amount for each transaction is P500. Cash-in transactions may take up to 2 hours to be reflected on the app.
