Travelers who don't requre a visa to enter the Philippines can visit the country starting Dec. 1 as long as they are fully vaccinated, Malacanang said Friday as more COVID-19 restrictions are eased.

The list of countries covered by the said protocols, good from De. 1 to 15, according to the Inter-Agency Task Force on COVID-19, can be viewed here.

Here's a guide for fully vaccinated foreigners planning to visit the Philippines:

What are accepted as proof of vaccination?

1. WHO International Certificate of Vaccination and Prophylaxis

2. VaxCertPH

3. National or state digital certificate of the foreign government which has accepted VaxCertPH under a reciprocal arrangement unless otherwise permitted by the IATF

What are the testing and quarantine protocols?

1. A negative RT-PCR test taken within 72 hours prior to departure from the country of origin is needed.

2. Upon arrival, no facility-based quarantine and on-arrival RT-PCR testing will be required.

4. Travelers transiting through non-Green List countries and territories will not be deemed as having come from the said areas if they stayed at the airport for the whole time and were not cleared for entry.

5. Testing and quarantine protocols of minors will follow the testing and quarantine protocols of the parent or guardian traveling with them.

6. For fully vaccinated travelers who failed to comply with the test-before-travel requirement, they will be required to undergo facility-based quarantine until the release of a negative RT-PCR test taken on the fifth day.
