Why Did Pringles Man Shave His Moustache for the First Time?

It's to support mental health awareness among men.

Potato chip brand Pringles shaved off its logo's iconic moustache for the first time in 52 years as part of a campaign that advocates for awareness of men's health issues.

On the official Pringles United Kingdom and Ireland Instagram page, the logo known as Mr. P, snipped off his moustahce in a video.

The post was captioned with "If Mr. P can do it, so can you! Join us this month for @movember," a charity that aims to change the face of men's health.

Movember, celebrated annually in the month of November, is a campaign geared towards raising awareness of men's health issues such as prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and men's suicide by having participants grow out their moustaches.

The Movember Foundation runs the charity event over at Movember.com.
