Jollibee on Monday brought back its spiced Crisscut Fries, offering consumers an alternative to the fried potato with a twist that was dominated for weeks by McDonald's.

If you're looking at your next burger meal with either of the two seasonal french fry variants, here's what you need to know.

What's the difference?

Both fries are lightly spiced and shaped like a waffle with holes (Jollibee) or a thick strand of curly hair (McDonald's). The Crisscut Fries and Twister Fries are available for a limited time only.

How much are they?

A solo Jollibee Crisscut Fries is costs P65 while McDonald's Twister Fries is available for P69 solo. You can also upgrade to classic fries to Crisscut or Twister when ordering value meals.

Is it available for sharing?

You can buy Jollibee's fries by the bucket at P249. McDonald's Twister Fries is also available for sharing, good for two, at P149.

Do both fries come with dips?

Jollibee offers dips with their Crisscut Fries for P10 add-on fries. It swapped its old honey mustard and thousand island with the spicy thousand island and the sour cream dips. Bucket Crisscut Fries come with one free dip.

Is it available nationwide?

McDonald's Twister Fries are available nationwide. Jollibee's Crisscut Fries launched in Luzon on Oct. 18, and will be available in Visayas and Mindanao starting Nov. 8.

Is it available via drive-thru, takeout, and delivery?

Yes. For Twister Fries fans, you may order it via takeout at the nearest branch, drive-thru, McDelivery.com, McDonald's App, or via landline at 8888-6236.

For those who missed Jollibee's Crisscut fries, you may order it via takeout at the nearest branch, drive-thru, Jollibee mobile app, JollibeeDelivery.com, or via landline at #8700.

Both are also available via GrabFood and foodpanda.
