Typhoon Rolly pounded several areas the Philippines over the weekend, resulting in countless homes losing electricity. If you still don't have power even after the storm has passed, here's how to properly report it to Meralco.

Where to send complaints

You can report concerns via Meralco's official Facebook Messenger or Twitter. You may also text them at the following numbers:

  • 09209716211 (SMART)
  • 09175516211 (GLOBE)
  • 09257716211 (SUN)

Include helpful details

It's best to include helpful details so Meralco can pinpoint the exact issue at your location. This information can be found on your past billings.

  • Account Name
  • Service ID Number (SIN)
  • Exact address
  • Nearest landmark
  • Contact number
  • Contact person

Report emergencies

For emergency reports that threaten public safety—such as fallen or leaning electric posts, damaged wires, or affected transformers—contact the 16211 hotline.
