Saab Magalona-Bacarro remembers her father, Francis M, as the man who made his kids laugh by sloppily eating a mango. More than the Philippines' "Master Rapper," his children remember him as a fun dad.

More than a decade since his death, Magalona's legacy lives on not just in the OPM scene scene, but moreso in the lives of his children.

"My dad, he really wasn’t a disciplinarian... My mom always says na my dad would do anything for a laugh. He calls him Francis 'Anything-For-A-Laugh' Magalona kasi he would literally do anything to make us laugh," she said.

"So yun talaga yung nag stick sa akin...He would have some mango on the table, and he knows it will make us laugh if parang bababuyin niya 'yun on the plate and we would burst out laughing. It's just silly," she added.

Just make your kids laugh--that's what I would take from him and what I experienced with him," she said.

"I want to have that with my kids rin. I want them to remember me as a fun mom, [to have them grow up and say] I wanna be with mom and oh I miss mom. I want to have that, just make your kids laugh," she added.
