Those aged 12 to 17 years old residing in the city of San Juan can sign up for the COVID-19 vaccine ahead of general public vaccination eyed for October.
In his weekly address, President Rodrigo Duterte said the general public, minors included, could receive their jabs as early as next month. The Department of Health on Sept. 29 said minors with comorbidities will be prioritized.
While awaiting approval to administer doses to the younger population, cities in Metro Manila like San Juan are updating their databases to include the age group.
Here's how minors in San Juan can sign up for the COVID-19 vaccine:
Go to San Juan's COVID-19 Vaccine Pre-Registration Site.
Click "Mga Kabataan ng San Juan" on the lower right. Only those aged 12 to 17 years old can sign up. Gen Zs bor as late as 2004 can register.
Fill out the form with your information. Submission of form indicates your willingness to receive the jab.
