The new COVID-19 infections brought the total active cases to 178,196. The DOH also reported 25,037 new recoveries and 205 deaths.

Overall, a total of 2,366,749 COVID-19 cases have been reported since the pandemic began in March 2020, of which 2,151,765 have recovered and 36,788 died.
