The Skyway Stage 3, which promises shorter travel times between the north and south, officially opened all seven lanes to motorists Friday morning. It's part of a bigger effort to decongest EDSA, with more projects in the pipeline to ease traffic for motorists.

San Miguel Corp. and the Department of Public Works and Highways have several infrastructure projects in the works, all aimed at improving travel and mobility for passengers and motorists.
