LOOK: This Blended Learning Classroom in Taguig Has iMacs

The Tele-Aral center will be staffed with teachers.

Taguig City on Friday unviled a learning center that complies with physical distancing and online requirements during the coronavirus pandemic. It is also furnished Apple desktop computers and plastic barriers.

The Tele-aral Center at the Senator Rene Cayetano Science and Technology High School will help modular, computer-aided, and online learning. The facility is equipped with trained teachers, 20 additional substitute and support staff, 50 iMac desktop computers and 15 phone lines.

A team of module specialists, composed of former Regional Director and Superintendents of the Department of Education, as well as manpower from local and international schools, will make sure that learners receive quality content before the opening of classes on Oct. 5.
