Senior citizens in Taguig can avail free shuttle rides to and from the city's vaccination hubs starting Monday as the local government ramps up inoculation to prevent a surge in COVID cases due to the Delta variant.

"Simula, Hulyo 26, 2021 (Lunes), may libreng hop-on, hop-off shuttle service para sa mga senior citizens na nangangailangan ng transportasyon papunta sa vaccination hubs!" the city advisory said.

The free shuttle ride is available at barangay halls and can go to the following vaccination hubs:

  • Lakeshore
  • Western Bicutan National High School
  • EM'S Signal Village Elementary School
  • Bonifacio High Street
  • Vista Mall

To avail, senior citizens must present their QR code for vaccination. The hatid-sundo program covers the ride back-and-forth trips between their respective barangay halls and the vaccination hub.
