Traslacion 2021: Road Closures, Traffic Scheme, Parking

The procession for this year's Black Nazarene feast was cancelled, but devotees are still expected to head over to Quiapo Church as other celebrations will take place on Jan. 9, prompting the local government of Manila City to close some roads and allot spaces for parking.
