Typhoon Odette has caused the Loboc River in Bohol province to overflow, triggering floods, the Philippine Red Cross said Friday.
The waters reached as high as the second floor of the Loboc municipal building, the PRC said on Twitter, adding electricity was out for the whole province.
Odette hit land at least eight times overnight, including in Bohol, overnight until Friday, smashing roofs and walls and shutting the Cebu Mactan International Airport indefinitely.
