UP Diliman Prepares Vaccination Site for Quezon City Residents

In line with local government efforts to inoculate Filipinos against COVID-19, the Diliman campus of the University of the Philippines will be used as vaccination site for Quezon City residents, photos posted Thursday showed.

The College of Human Kinetics Gym is dotted with socially-distanced monobloc chairs for incoming patients and will be inspected by the Quezon City medical and vaccination team, along with representatives from the Department of Health prior to opening to the public.

According to a tweet on the UP System account, the converted gym is called the QC-UP Vaccination Hub, and could be one of the biggest vaccination hubs in the country.

"Ready for ocular inspection by QC Medical/Vaccination Team & DOH reps as QC-UP Vaccination Hub, probably one of the biggest vaccination hub in the country"
