WATCH: Strong Winds, Rains in Albay Ahead of Ulysses Landfall

The province is still reeling from Super Typhoon Rolly's destruction.

Coconut trees swayed and banana trees broke as strong winds heralded the arrival of Typhoon Ulysses in Tabaco City, Albay on Wednesday.  The city was among those affected by Super Typhoon Rolly over a week ago. 

Ulysses (international name: Vamco) was on track to hit Quezon province late Wednesday but could turn south to the Bicol Region, which includes Albay, PAGASA said.
