If You Get a Prank Delivery via Grab, Here's What You Can Do

Several politicians over the past few days reported being victimized by prank food deliveries amounting to thousands of pesos.

Food delivery pranks and fraud orders have been going on for quite a while now and not everyone knows what to do in case they fall victim to such.

We asked Grab what customers can do should they get pranked food deliveries and they said customers could reach out to the Grab Help Center to report any incident of fraud, insisting that it has a "zero-tolerance policy" on such activities.

"Whenever any incident of fraud is reported to us, we immediately conduct our investigation, and block the mobile phone IMEI of the fraudster to avoid similar incidents from happening in the future," Grab told reportr.

No need to worry too about the delivery riders who may have fallen prey to these incidents. Grab said it reimburses delivery riders within 24 hours upon receipt of their claims.

"We encourage everyone to use Grab responsibly, and remain vigilant against these fraudulent activities," it said.
