For Filipinos obsessed with celebrity breakups, a photo of a giant head posted by BTS member J-Hope reminded them of actor Paolo Contis, sparking an unusual trending topic on Twitter Tuesday.

"Mask II" by Australian artist Ron Mueck features an oversized head that appeared to be sleeping on its side. It's light skin, and cropped head does resemble the half-Italian former child star.

Contis in Septemer  broke up with longtime partner LJ Reyes, the mother of his young daughter, Summer. The cause of the breakup was the talk of the internet for days and Reyes' interview on the split with Boy Abunda handily got five million YouTube views.
