Cebu Pacific on Friday reminded travelers to user their travel fund with the airline before they expire, as tourism continues to open up with less strict COVID restrictions.

A Cebu Pacific customer's travel fund expires two years after conversion. This means that if your flight during the first pandemic year 2020 was canceled and you stored the value of the ticket in the travel fund, it will expire in 2022.

Travelers can book flights using their travel fund for flights up to one year ahead. This means that if you're not comofrtable traveling this year or if your schedule doesn't permit, you can plan your trips up to 2023.

The travel fund can be used to pay for any transaction on the Cebu Pacific website, from flights to add-ons, like baggage allowance, travel insurance, preferred seatsand meals.

“Now is the perfect time to book those flights as we continue seeing more destinations ease restrictions – be it for immediate travel to take advantage of flying easy now; or for future trips everyJuan can look forward to as the fund can be used to book flights up to a year out,” said Candice Iyog, Vice President for Marketing & Customer Experience at Cebu Pacific.
