More countries are accepting the VaxCertPH as an official proof of vaccination from Filipino travelers.
According the Department of Foreign Affairs, 39 countries are in the list, including the recently added Brazil, Israel, Republic of Korea, and Timor Leste. The vaccine certificates from the listed countries will also be honored in the Philippines.
Those headed for South Korea must register at a public health center.
These countires will accept VaxCertPH, according to the DFA:
The VaxCertPH is a digital QR code that contains an individual's vaccination status. This can be obtained online for free. Filipinos who got there QR codes before Feb. 7 must generate a new one as the old ones will no longer be honored.
