Commuters in Metro Manila can avail of free rides at the EDSA Busway Carousel starting Monday, April 11, the LTFRB said, as fuel prices continue to rise.

Free rides start at 4 a.m. and last until 11 p.m. according to the LTFRB. Some 515 public utility vehicles will be used to provide free rides to the public, it added.
