Cyclists were called to share their insights in a survey that will guide transport officials in their efforts to promote active transport and improve commuter safety.
The survey was developed by the Department of Transportation, the Department of Works and Highways, and the World Bank with the goal of getting feedback from road users for the design and use of bicycle infrastructure.
Results will be used for various studies, future policies, and projects pushing for active transportation in the country.
The transportation department held a survey last year for bike lane networks as Metro Manila saw an influx of bike riders due to public transport operations being put on hold during quarantines.

All road users can answer the survey online via this link or by scanning the QR code below. Participants don't need to own or ride a bike, although cyclists are encouraged to answer.
The survey is open to all Philippine residents nationwide.
